Pending Results?

To avoid any email from us going to spam, make sure you add donotreply@larkinhealthsystem.com as safe sender.


Add us to your Gmail Contacts List:

  • Click “Contacts” on the left side of any Gmail page.
  • Then Click “Create Contact”.
  • Copy and paste donotreply@larkinhealthsystem.com into the primary email address dialog box.
  • Click “Save”.


Set up a filter to our email address in your inbox:

  • Open your mailbox and click on “Mail Options” (upper right-hand corner).
  • Select “Filters” under the Management column. Click on the “Add” button.
  • In the “From header:” row, pick “contains” in the drop-down, and enter the email address donotreply@larkinhealthsystem.com in the box.
  • At the bottom of the page Click the “Choose Folder” and select “Inbox”.
  • Click the “Add Filter” button.


Add our email address to your Hotmail Safe List:

  • Open your mailbox and click “Options” (upper right-hand corner).
  • Click the “Junk E-Mail Protection” link.
  • Select the “Safe List” link.
  • Copy and paste donotreply@larkinhealthsystem.com into the dialog box titled “Type an address or domain”.

Click the “Add” button next to the dialog box.

The results of your COVID-19 RT-PCR Test typically take 3 to 7 days after the day of testing to be received. Some results may come back sooner or later depending on the current demand for COVID-19 testing during this global pandemic. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. When your results are available they will be sent via email based on the preferences you selected in the form.

If you haven’t been notified of your results on the 5th day following your specimen collection date, please check your spam/ junk mail, by searching this sender: donotreply@larkinhealthsystem.com. If you have any filters or programs installed to block emails or spam please make sure to allow this email to be received.

Confused about your results?

You can see your COVID-19 result in the red box indicated above. The "Reference Range" is not your result.

"Not Detected" means that you did not have COVID-19 when your specimen was collected.

"Positive for 2019-nCoV" means that you do have COVID-19.

If you cannot locate the email in your spam folder, call us at (305) 830-0790, Option 3. Please have the following information ready for the call:  

  • DOB
  • Phone Number
  • Email
